Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be returned with original tags in tact. Items with no tag will not be accepted. Returned items must be in the original selling condition. Worn or altered merchandise will not be accepted. We will not provide the shipping costs for returns or provide a refund on the original shipping charges. Please email us at info@strandsandbands.com prior to returning a product so that we can provide you with a return number.
